Trivandrum being capital of Kerala has a good infrastructure and has a large English speaking population. There are regular flights from all major metros. 

Trivandrum also has population that speaks fluent Hindi and Malayalam, the vernacular language of the state. It has a populations of approx. 31 lakh, and is spread over a wide area, but most of the city is now commercialized and being developed for good.
